PECAN PIE TOFFEE BARS 
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. chilled butter, cut into pieces
1 (14 oz.) can sweet condensed milk
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
5 (1 1/8 oz.) Heath bars, diced

Combine flour and sugar, cut in butter. Press into bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees until golden (15-20 minutes). Combine milk, egg and vanilla. Stir in nuts and candy. Pour into prepared crust. Bake at 350 degrees until golden (20-30 minutes). Refrigerate until well chilled. Cut into bars and store at room temperature.
