SHRIMP AND NOODLE CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. deveined shrimp
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 can water
1 (12 oz.) pkg. narrow noodles
Sliced mushrooms
1 lb. grated sharp cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste

Saute onion, green pepper and celery until very soft. Add soups and water; mix well. Add seasonings to taste. Should be well seasoned. Drop raw shrimp into gravy and cook for 20 minutes. Boil noodles. Mix shrimp and gravy with noodles; add sliced mushrooms. Add 3/4 of cheese. Pour into buttered casserole. Top with remaining cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.

May be used with roast or as a main dish. If main dish, more shrimp may be added. Freezes well. Better made ahead of time.
