BARBECUED SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
12 lb. med. shrimp
Crab boil spice

Put crab boil spice to taste in water in the bottom of a steamer. Steam shrimp 5 minutes (you may need to do this in batches). Peel the shrimp. 1/4 c. milk

Melt this together and pour over shrimp in a casserole dish. Chill, and the cheese will congeal on the top. Worcestershire sauce, few dashes 1/3 bottle barbecue sauce 2-3 dashes soy sauce

Mix this together and spread over cheese. Cook under a broiler 5" to 6" away from heat. Watch carefully, it will be red one minute and black the next. It is done when the shrimp tips are beginning to brown.

This recipe can be halved or divided to serve whatever size crowd you have. This is one of my specialties, I hope it becomes one of yours too.
