CAJUN CABBAGE 
1 med. head cabbage
1 med. onion, chopped in lg. pieces
1 med. bell pepper, cut in lg. pieces
1 can tomatoes
1 can carrots
2 stalks celery
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 c. picante sauce
4 or 5 slices bacon

Cut bacon into small pieces. Fry in skillet until partly brown. Add chopped cabbage and rest of ingredients. Let come to a boil, then simmer until all vegetables are tender.
