CHEESE WALNUT SAUCE 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 c. milk
2 c. grated sharp cheese
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Melt butter; stir in flour, salt, and pepper. Add milk, stirring over low heat until thickened and bubbly. Add cheese and stir until melted. Stir in walnuts (3 cups).
