CHICKEN BREAST IN A WALNUT SAUCE 
4 boneless chicken breast halves
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. chicken stock
1/4 c. dry white wine
1/2 c. walnuts (chopped)
Salt and pepper to taste

Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Melt the butter in skillet. When hot, add the chicken breast and fry on both sides. Slowly add the wine so as to steam the chicken. Add chicken stock (warm).
