CHICKEN AND WALNUTS IN PITA 
Pita bread and alfalfa sprouts
3 to 4 tbsp. milk
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. cooked, diced chicken
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. thyme

Add milk to cream cheese; mix until creamy. Add remaining ingredients. Cut pita loaves in half (or quarters) and put in filling. Top with alfalfa sprouts. Can be made up the night before.
