SOUTHWEST CHICKEN IN A PITA 
1 1/2 lb. chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
1/4 c. olive oil
3 cloves garlic, chopped
3 or 4 fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded
1 tsp. cumin
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. oregano

Puree all ingredients except chicken in food processor. Marinate chicken in refrigerator for about 2 hours. Grill about 4 minutes on each side. Serve in warm pita or tortilla with sauce. Serves 6.

SAUCE:

Blend 1/2 cup plain yogurt with 1/2 teaspoon cilantro. Place in refrigerator while chicken is marinating.
