MARIAN (LITTLE PITA'S) CHICKEN
POT PIE
 
Cook until tender:

10 pieces of chicken, thighs and legs
1 lg. onion
1 c. celery

Set aside until dough is ready.

In a bowl, prepare following ingredients to make square noodles.

Mix:

5 1/2 c. flour
3 extra lg. or 4 lg. eggs

(This looks like coarse pie crust before water). Then, add enough water until it comes away from the side of the bowl.

This dough is then kneaded - it will be a STIFF dough. Roll out until thin - cut into 1 inch strips, then into 1 inch squares. Put into chicken and celery and onion mixture which has been deboned. Cook until noodles (pot pies) are done. Serve with bread and salad.
