1 box frozen Egg Beaters (found in frozen section)
1 deep crust pie shell
1 c. shredded cheese
1/4 c. milk
Dash of dry mustard

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place cookie sheet in oven to heat the bottom of pan, therefore it will cook the bottom of pie crust when quiche is baking.
