SPINACH AND FETA CHEESE QUICHE 
1 (9-inch) deep dish pie crust
4 eggs, well-beaten
1 c. sour cream
1 c. whipping cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 to 1 lb. Feta cheese, crumbled
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, drained & squeezed

Blend all ingredients and fold in remaining ingredients, then pour into pie crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, then at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until knife inserted comes out clean.
