CHEESE-TUNA MUFFINS 
1 (6 1/2 to 7 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese or other cheese such as Monterey Jack or mild cheddar
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
6 muffins, split and lightly toasted

Mix together tuna, 3/4 cup cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco. Spread about 1 1/2 tablespoons filling on each muffin. Sprinkle about 2 teaspoons of remaining cheese on each muffin. Broil about 3 minutes, 3 inches from source of heat or until cheese is bubbly and melted.
