MUFFIN CHEESE CAKES 
15-20 vanilla wafers
15-20 paper muffin liners
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. softened cream cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 can pie filling (blueberry or cherry)

Line muffin tins with paper liners. Place one vanilla wafer in the bottom of each paper liner. Cream together all other ingredients, except the pie filling. Fill paper lined muffin tins a scant 1/2 full and bake for 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Spoon over the top of each cheese cake muffin, your favorite fruit pie filling, blueberry or cherry is great. Yield: 15 to 20 muffins.
