GOULASH 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
8 oz. noodles, cooked

In a large skillet, brown meat with onion. Drain off excess fat. Stir in tomatoes, salt and pepper and noodles. Heat through and serve. Or turn into a buttered casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
