GOULASH 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, or 8 oz. sour cream
1 (10 oz.) pkg. extra wide egg noodles, cooked until tender

Brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Mix sauce, soup, cream cheese with still hot noodles. Add meat and onion. Bake in a greased 2 quart casserole at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
