BAKED STEAK | |
1 round steak 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. water 1 can mushroom soup Butter (or spray with Pam) pan. Place steak in pan. Cut the fat on edge of steak at intervals so the steak will lie flat during the baking process. Add the salt. Add the water. Cover and bake in 400 degree oven until tender. It usually takes about an hour. When steak is done, remove the meat and add the mushroom soup to the drippings for gravy. Can substitute mushroom soup for Campbell's golden mushroom soup. |
