BAKED SWISS STEAK 
2 to 3 lbs. round steak, 1 inch thick
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 onion, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Trim fat from meat and cut into serving size pieces. Flour meat and brown on both sides in oil. Season with salt and pepper and place in single layer in a baking dish. Cover with chopped onions. In another pan heat tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over steak. Cover and bake 2 to 2 1/2 hours until tender at 350 degrees.
