SHEPHERDS PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 med. onion
6 med. potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 can creamed corn

Cook beef, salt to your own taste, and onions in frying pan until cooked thoroughly. Drain. Pour into 8 x 8 inch baking pan or 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Spread corn evenly over top of beef. Spread mashed potatoes on top of corn. Warm in 250 degree oven (10 minutes) or microwave (2-3 minutes). Serves 3.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
