3 lbs. raw beets
1 box Sure Jell
5 c. sugar
2 pkg. red Kool Aid

Extract 4 cups beet juice. Place beet juice and Sure Jell in kettle and let it come to a rolling boil. Add sugar, Kool Aid and cook for 2 minutes after it comes to a good boil. Skim and pour into sterilized glasses.
