BEEF BURGUNDY 
2 lbs. beef stew meat
Flour
1 can mushroom soup
1 can beef broth
1 can burgundy wine
Salt and pepper to taste
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. oregano
Lg. onion
4 carrots, chunks
Mushrooms

Flour meat and saute in hot fat in large Dutch oven until brown. Add soups, wine, seasonings and herbs. Cover and cook at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Uncover and add onions and carrots. Cover and return to oven for 30 minutes. Add mushrooms; cook another 30 minutes.

Serve with buttered noodles, sprinkled with parsley. Serves 8.
