2 chicken breasts, split to make 4 servings
1 env. Italian flavored coating mix for chicken
1/4 lb. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
4 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1/2 green pepper, chopped

Sprinkle coating mix into sack. Shake chicken breasts in sack to coat. Place on baking sheet and bake in 350 degree oven until done, about 40 minutes.

Combine cheese, mayonnaise, bacon and green pepper. Spread on top of baked chicken breasts. Broil 5 minutes until topping browns and is bubbly. Serves 4.
