CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 chicken stewed, skinned, and boned
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. chicken broth with bouillon added
2 c. uncooked minute rice
5 c. Rice Krispies, coated with 1 stick butter

Saute pepper and onion in small amount of oil. Combine all ingredients, except Rice Krispies and pour into casserole pans. Sprinkle butter coated Rice Krispies on top of other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
