MAYONNAISE BAKED CHICKEN 
4 lbs. chicken, cut up
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
Pepper to taste
3/4 c. corn flake crumbs

Wash and dry chicken. Thoroughly combine mayonnaise, water, salt, garlic salt and pepper. Dip chicken in mayonnaise mixture coating each piece well. Coat with crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until tender.

Super yummy. Quick and simple. I did broil it on low heat for the last 10-15 min. or so, just to crisp it up. Great recipe!
