SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked and drained squash
3/4 c. salad dressing (mayonnaise)
3/4 c. chopped green peppers and pimento
3/4 c. chopped onions
1 egg
Salt and pepper
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs

Mix first 6 ingredients and place in buttered dish. Cover top with grated cheese. Cover cheese with Ritz crumbs and dot with butter. Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Freezes before baking well.
