HOMEMADE ICE CREAM 
4 eggs
2 to 2 1/2 c. sugar
2 half pints whipping cream
1 qt. half and half
1 tbsp. vanilla
About 1 quart - 1/2 gal. whole milk

Beat eggs. Add sugar and beat. Add whipping cream and half and half slowly and mix. Pour into freezer container and pour whole milk until mixture reaches full line. Freeze according to electric ice cream freezer directions.
