HONEY BAKED CHICKEN 
1 - 3 lb. fryer
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. honey
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. curry powder

Arrange chicken in a baking pan skin side up. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees, basting every 15 minutes until chicken is tender and brown. Good served with rice.
