1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. brown, spicy mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. curry powder, optional

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a shallow glass baking dish melt butter in oven. Stir in other ingredients; mix well. Roll chicken breasts in the sauce. Bake in same dish for about 45 minutes; baste occasionally. Makes 5-6 servings.
