BUTTER CRUST CHICKEN | |
1 fryer, cut up 2 sticks butter or marg., melted Flour Salt and pepper, to taste Salt and pepper chicken. Melt butter, mix enough flour to make a paste up chicken in paste mixture. Cover well. Place in baking dish, bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until brown. |
