ALMOND BUTTER COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. almond extract

Cream butter, sugar and almond extract. Add salt and flour. Chill dough.

Form into inch balls and roll in sugar. Stamp with cookie stamp or bottom of glass. Bake at 350 degrees, 12 to 15 minutes. Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
