ITALIAN GRILLED CHEESE PIE 
4 oz. sliced Muenster cheese
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt (opt.)
Pinch of pepper
Less than 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped salami, pepperoni or ham, etc.
1/4 tsp. oregano or Italian seasoning

Reserve 1/2 of cheese for topping; shred or chop cheese; mix with egg, flour, salt, pepper, milk, meat (cold cuts) and oregano. Pour into well greased 8" pie plate. Bake 30 minutes at 425 degrees. Don't over bake. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 of cheese. Bake 2 more minutes or until topping cheese melts. Taste good even cold.
