CHERRY CHEESE CAKE 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/3 c. sugar
2 env. Knox gelatin
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
2 pkgs. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1 (20 oz.) cherry glaze

Combine graham cracker crumbs and 1/3 cup sugar. Mix in melted butter. Press firmly into 9x13 pan. Chill crust.

Mix Knox gelatin and sugar together and add boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved. Using electric mixer blend in the following ingredients one at a time. Cottage cheese, cream cheese, whipping cream, vanilla and almond extract. Beat well after each addition. Pour into prepared crust. Chill until firm. Top with cherry glaze.
