PEACH CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
4 whole eggs
2/3 c. water
1 pkg. peach Jello
2/3 c. cooking oil

Mix ingredients in order given and beat for 4 minutes at medium speed on mixer. Pour into 3 cake pans and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool and frost with the following frosting.

PEACH FROSTING:

1 1/4 c. finely diced or mashed peaches
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 stick butter, softened
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar; stir in peaches that have been dipped or mixed with lemon juice. Add vanilla and spread on cake. This works equally well fresh, frozen or canned peaches.
