HERSHEY SYRUP CAKE 
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
4 eggs
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (16oz.) can Hershey Syrup

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Combine dry ingredients and add together with syrup. Bake at 350 degrees until done. Use an oblong pan.

FUDGE FROSTING:

1 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/3 c. evaporated milk

Dissolve sugar and butter in milk over low heat. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Stir until chips are melted. Spread on cake while frosting is hot.
