SPINACH SALAD 
2 bunches spinach, washed and stemmed
1 c. water chestnuts, chopped
1 lb. bean sprouts (or less, as desired)
1/2 lb. bacon, diced and sauteed (or one slice per serving)

DRESSING:

1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 c. catsup
1 c. oil
2/3 c. sugar (or less)
1/2 tsp. salt

Make in blender. Serves 12.
