HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 onion, diced
1 can Ro-Tels
1 green pepper, diced
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. chili powder
1 can tomatoes
1 can Ranch style beans
2 pkgs. Jiffy cornbread mix

Brown hamburger, onion and green pepper, drain. Add remaining ingredients except cornbread mix. Simmer 10 minutes on low. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Prepare cornbread according to package and spread on top of meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees until cornbread looks done.
