JERRI'S MEATBALL CASSEROLE 
1 lg. onion, diced
1 green pepper, cut
2 lbs. ground beef
1 can tomato sauce
1 can whole kernel corn
1 cornbread mix
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. oil

Saute peppers and onions. Add beef. Cook until brown. In a casserole bowl, put 1 layer meat and onions, one layer corn, one layer tomatoes. Continue layers until bowl is filled. Prepare cornbread mix; put on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees until cornbread is done, approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
