SLOPPY JOSHES 
1 lb. lean ground meat
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
2-3 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato juice
1/2 c. shredded carrot
1/3 c. bulgur wheat
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, optional

In 10 inch skillet cook meat and onion until meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain. Stir in mustard, chili powder and salt. Cook and stir for 1 minute. Add tomato sauce, tomato juice, carrot and bulgur wheat. Bring to boiling; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spoon meat mixture onto buns. Top with cheese if desired.
