BEER BATTER 
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. McCormick Schilling Season All
Garlic powder to taste
1/4-1/2 c. beer

Mix all ingredients together to make a light batter. Dip fish or cut vegetables into batter and fry in hot oil. This makes a light, golden fluffy batter similar to tempura.
