BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. pork sausage
3 slices of loaf bread, crumbled
1 tsp. salt
1 c. grated cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard

Brown and drain sausage. Using a 9 x 13 inch dish or 2 quart dish, layer dish with bread. Crumble sausage on top. Mix eggs, salt, milk, and mustard. Pour over sausage. Top with cheese. Cover and let stand in refrigerator overnight. Cook at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
