PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6 pork chops
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. flour
3 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. rice
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 carrot, sliced
1 can beef gravy

Sprinkle chops with flour, salt and pepper. Brown chops. Place in baking dish. Brown rice in drippings for 10 minutes, then spoon rice, onions and carrots over chops. Pour gravy over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
