1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. red cherries
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
3/4 c. coconut

Make 2 log rolls 8 inches long after mixing all ingredients, and then roll in coconut. Keep overnight in refrigerator. Slice 1/4 inch thick and bake 375 degrees for 12 minutes. Makes 5 dozen.
