PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, drained
2 tbsp. plain flour
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter, melted
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed

In another bowl, mix butter and Ritz crackers. Layer butter and Ritz mixture on top of cheese mixture.

Bake for 45 minutes at 350°F.
