PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
Mix #1:

20 oz. can chunk or tidbit pineapple, drained
6 tbsp. self-rising flour
1 c. white sugar

Mix and pour into a greased 8 x 8 x 2 dish.

Mix #2:

1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. crushed Ritz crackers

Mix and pour over Mix #1. Cover with 1 stick melted butter.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
