COBBLER PIE 
2 c. fruit or berries (can pie filling)
3/4 stick butter
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. self-rising flour
3/4 c. sugar

Melt butter in baking dish. Mix sugar and flour in a bowl and gradually add milk until smooth. Pour mixture in baking dish over butter (DO NOT STIR!). Then pour berries, apples or peaches in over the mixture. Bake for 20-25 minutes in 425 degree oven.

When pie has cooked for 15 minutes, remove and sprinkle sugar on top.
