COCOONS 
1 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. all purpose flour
1 c. chopped pecans
Powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream butter and sugar; add vanilla; mix well. Add pecans and flour; mix well. Shape into cocoons. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 12 to 15 minutes; roll in powdered sugar. 3 dozen.
