1 c. chopped ham or bacon
2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick mix
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle cheese, onion and ham in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into plate and bake 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes and serve. Serves 6.
