HAM-CHEESE QUICHE 
1 unbaked pastry shell
1/2 lb. ham, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, chopped
1/2 c. green bell pepper, chopped
1/3 c. onions, chopped
Dash of black pepper
Dash of cayenne pepper

Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch until smooth. Stir in ham, cheese, bell peppers, onions and peppers. Pour in pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown on top and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
