MERINGUE KISSES 
1 (6 oz.) bag of chocolate chips
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 lg. egg whites

Beat 3 large egg whites until stiff. Gradually add 3 1/3 cups sugar while continuing to beat with mixer. Fold in chocolate chips and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.

Line cookie sheet with wax paper and drop cookies on paper by teaspoonfuls. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Cookies are done when they will peel off the paper without crumbling. Allow to cool on paper for 5 to 10 minutes.
