BLUEBERRY COBBLER 
2/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. water
4 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
1 c. Bisquick mix
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. butter (melted)

Heat oven 350 degrees. Mix sugar, cornstarch and water in saucepan and stir in berries. Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Pour in ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole.

Mix Bisquick, sugar, milk and butter in bowl until soft dough forms. Drop dough by teaspoons on top of blueberries. Bake until brown, approximately 15 minutes. 6 servings. (Good with vanilla ice cream on top.)

I love blueberries was brought up on them in Alaska. The BEST RECIPE I HAVE FOUND. I add 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. Yum!
