BLUEBERRY STREUSEL COBBLER 
1 pt. fresh or dry pack frozen blueberries
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
3/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. butter
2 c. biscuit baking mix
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Vanilla ice cream; optional

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In medium mixing bowl, combine blueberries and condensed milk; set aside. In large mixing bow., cut 3/4 cup butter into 1 1/2 cup biscuit mix until crumbly. Stir in blueberry mixture. Spread in greased 9-inch square baking pan.

In small mixing bowl, combine remaining 1/2 cup biscuit mix and sugar; cut in remaining 2 tablespoon butter until crumbly. Stir in nuts. Sprinkle over cobbler. Bake 60 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm with ice cream if desired.
